Hotel Plaza Brisas Mt, Punta Cana

I had a pretty solid stay at Hotel Plaza Brisas Mt. The location is awesome and most places are within walking distance, plus the breakfast was absolutely amazing! However, I ran into a couple of issues with the room and some communication problems with the staff that could use improvement.
